TENETS OF BELIEF

We believe that the entire Bible, Old and New Testament, is the inspired word of God, and it is the source of all doctrine                     II Timothy 3:16

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and only through belief in him and the Father can one obtain eternal life.                                      John:16

We believe that in accordance to the teaching of the Bible sin is the transgression of God’s commandments.                               I John 3:4, Leviticus 4:2, & Leviticus 11:2

We believe that forgiveness of sins can only be obtained through repentance and the water baptism in the name of Jesus.                    Acts 2:38 & Romans 3:25

We believe once forgiven of past sins it is the keeping of God’s commandments that leads one to obtaining eternal life.                          Matthew 19:16-19

We believe the first resurrection will take place at the second coming of Jesus at which time the dead saints will be raised and the living saints be changed.                 I Thessalonians 4:13-16 &   I Corinthians 15:22-23, 51-52

We believe the resurrected saints will reign with Christ for a 1000 years.  At the end of the 1000 years there will be the great white throne judgment. This is the second resurrection.           Revelation 20:4-6,7,11-15

We believe that the Father and the Son will establish an everlasting kingdom here on the earth.                       Mark 1:14-15,          Matthew 6:9-10, Psalms 2:13-14 & Revelation 21:2-3
